I finally broke down after many unsuccessful attempts at downloading patches and I finally purchased the game through STEAM. As most of you probably are doing you have to redo your profile and start from scratch. This will be about the 5th time for me. I've tried to put my normal name in [s*8].RAT but for some reason it won't accept brackets [ and ] does anybody have an idea? [s*8].RAT |

I had to do it in game, like we tell the evildoers to do when they need to change their dirty name. |

After you make your profile, go into multiplayer options and you.can change your name there. Or the way I do it is type in console /name [s.8].RAT |

Thanks everybody Tarzan reminded me how to do it through multiplayer options and I'm up and running. Lots of new people out there nice to see Trogg as an administrator by the way [s*8].RAT
