Hello,

On 11/04/2015 we sent out an email in regards to updating the server running the control panel. This was postponed and will be updated on 11-30-2015. As we stated in our first email:

We expect to shut it down at or around 9:00am -5gmt, the expected down time is 6-7 hours due to the large transfer of data to new drives. All game/voice servers will still function as normal except ftp access will not be available during this time. If you do encounter any issues with your game server please wait until the control panel is back online to open a support ticket as there will be nothing we can do until it is back online.

FYI, bot is having issues at this time. It appears to be caused by some sort of outage affecting our service provider as I cannot even access their website.

Just wanted to let folks know to sit tight, hopefully it comes back online quickly.

Our B3 host is reportedly experiencing a DDoS attack. I inquired about 5 1/2 hours ago about server outage. Their response:

Currently the majority on our network in chicago in under a large scale ddos attack. The server ip's have been blocked during this outage. If your server show up as unknown your server ip is in the blocked range. We were told due to the size of the attack this may be a 24 hours block.
Unfortunately we can not move servers during this attack.

After more than 72 hours the DDoS attack has subsided and the bot is back online.
