Section 8 Clan Forums

Below are the rules for the Section 8 Clan Psych Ward COD4 server. Please know these rules and ask questions if you do not understand. Ignorance is not an excuse.

All rules are to be followed by members of the general public as well as all Section 8 clan members. Administrators are regularly available to ensure the rules are enforced at all times. Breaking any of these rules will result in a kick, temporary Ban or permanent ban depending on the severity of the offense. If you feel you have been treated unfairly or if you have been banned from our server and you wish to appeal, please start a new topic in the forum.

* No martyrdom
* No grenade launchers
* No spawn camping
* No targeting known/obvious spawn points
* No grenade switching or clay switching
* No racism of any kind will be tolerated
* No abusive language or cursing, including offensive in-game names
* No recruiting for your clan, server, or anything else
* No hacking; any hack or enhancement deemed to give an unfair advantage will be grounds for an immediate ban
* No glitching is permitted (you must be able to be shot where you stand)
* Absolutely no arguing with admins (listen, learn and obey...or please leave)
* Do not repeatedly spam chat in game
* Allow auto-balance to work properly; do not intentionally stack teams
* Last stand and RPG are allowed
* Use of the scroll wheel to fire is not permitted
* Use of any technique which causes non-automatic weapons to fire in an automatic fashion is not permitted
* Scripting of any kind (such as to permit a single keystroke to perform more than one simultaneous action) is not permitted

Made a few clarifications to the rules today:

1) Clarification regarding the prohibition of any means that cause a semi-automatic weapon to fire as if it were automatic. This typically will be a judgment call based on the assessment and determination of our administrative team.
2) Separate rules for Psych Ward and Pool Party have now been posted because martyrdom and tubes are currently allowed in the Pool (softcore server) only.
