Details of your appeal:At first admin kicked me once. I know for what. I used a grenade launcher. I was on when this occurred... I was the admin that *kicked* him - and he'd been warned a few times but it sounds like there may be a language barrier. I'm not sure which admin banned him but I did see it scroll by when it happened. I think it was inadvertent (I don't think the admin meant to ban - only a TB). I would be in favor of an unban with the caveat that there be no more grenade launcher.

We thank you for your apology and it has been noted. Here is the decision that has been reached:

The ban is NOT a permanent ban. However, since there have been multiple instances of you having been kicked or receiving minor bans for a few minutes or hours, this particular ban will remain in place for a period of one week from the date it was implemented. This means the ban will expire on the 6th or 7th of March, this will be a manual process so an exact time of day cannot be determined and it will likely not be exactly at the stroke of midnight.

When the ban expires you will be permitted to come back into the server. It has been noted that you have specifically agreed to stop using the grenade launcher, stop using foul language and cut down on the insulting of other players. Furthermore, use of our server does count as agreement to follow all of the rules found here:

Once this ban is up you will be expected to follow all of the rules. You have plenty of time to read them. There will not be another appeal.
