I don't want to assume, but pretty sure Hoozi uses the scroll wheel. No one shoots that fast. Not even M.

A few players are using a macro which produces similar to using scroll and a couple have admitted to it in game.
A player in a few nights ago when i asked if he was scrolling replied it was his mouse, it has a button on it that when pressed fires at 3 times the normal rate so a few quick taps empties a magazine in a pistol and turns semi auto weapons into fully auto.
ZELOTS C12 was his mouse as he told me and i have checked it out and is as he said, check it out if you feel the need but i think it and macros are a form of cheating and not needed in game,
Also macros available for no recoil on guns which i have also seen players using while i was spectating.
I'm only a person that enjoys playing on your server ( sometimes M ) and it is your call as to how it is run.

I agree Bloke, 100%. I have a mouse that is also capable of taking advantage of a scroll-like feature, and I don't use it because I view it as cheating as well. Anything that makes a gun fire faster than is the games initial intention isn't permitted.
