I have a pretty varied music taste... I enjoy classical music like Shostakovich, Mozart, Beethoven, Pachelbel, Albinoni, Tchaikovsky and others. Metal/Industrial like Rammstein, System of a Down, Black Sabbath. Indie rock like Arctic Monkeys, Kaiser Chiefs, Franz Ferdinand. Rock/pop rock like Queens of the Stone Age, Nephew, TV2, DAD, Saybia (the four latter are Danish bands you should all check them out), Nirvana, Pink Floyd,. Electronic like Depeche Mode, Massive Attack. Also I really enjoy listening to the soundtracks from games like Command & Conquer: Red Alert and Command & Conquer: Generals, which is generally a mix of metal and classical/marching music. Here are some examples: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_a-VNA3ZfXUhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7fNMgncH5-whttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gFIgtkrgJTEhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DcHKOC64KnEhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mj6Ss2mayFchttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=riHdzZ5_K6Uhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VEfqozzL5uchttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pqlztH5LBEs

I really like classical music too. I fell in love with the music of Beethoven when I was about 11 and it's just grown from there. I trained as a classical musician for about 20 years - played the horn - it paid my way through college. I prefer the late classical through modern composers, so very late Mozart, Beethoven, Brahms, Schubert, Shostakovitch, Stravinsky, Richard Strauss (non of that Johann crap, lol), Hindemith, Bartok, Adams and Glass - so, just about anything. I really enjoy orchestral and electronic movie soundtracks too. It's fun to relive the movies through the soundtrack. Often times, after listening to a movie soundtrack, I will re-watch the movie and I'll find myself much more immersed into the feeling of the movie. It's really enjoyable.
And when I know no one is around to watch or hear, sometimes I'll put on some loud techno/rave beats. There's something about that music and lyrics with all the electronic enhancement. It's fun. That's my dark secret - don't tell anyone.

I can basically listen to everything but what I happen to listen to is usually EDM, Trance, House, Dubstep, Chillstep, and the list goes on and on. Basically in that Electronic area. Though, don't get me wrong...there are genre's within the genre I do not happen to like. Not to mention I'll more often then not like a remix of a song better than the original song it's self... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lzIny1YdsX8

I'll listen to whatever, but historically, I've been really into thrash metal and video game soundtracks. Now I'm more into acoustic music, and Japanese music has also caught my taste because I get so much of it playing osu!
Don't really play much cod4 anymore, but hey, I'm alive

Also a broad category for me.
Seattle grunge rocker by trade, but I love R&B, rap, rock (classic, metal). Top three most played per iTunes = Beastie Boys, Pearl Jam, Metallica.

I also like to blast a bit of Reggae when we're doing chores and cleaning up around the house.
