Looks like an invincibility mod that can be toggled. I would definitely remove that player. That's not a system glitch, though it's supposed to look like one

I feel like it wasn't him though. He's been playing off and on, on our server. Mouse I believe communicates with him from time to time.

I have seen this sort of hack once or twice before - the person will be disguised so that they look like their enemy (so a person in OpFor will look like a Marine, for example), and they are practically immortal as well; the only way to distinguish is that they will have a red tag, just as the guy in the video does. (I am not sure if Ruddy was a Marine or OpFor though, so I may be incorrect). So this might be a hack "gone wrong", as if the application, or whatever, glitched, and it didn't work as intended. It certainly doesn't seem like it's just a regular game glitch; even severe lagg spikes wouldn't cause this.

They were on opposing teams according to the kill feed. I chalk this up to some really bad registration. Like stupid, ridiculously bad. The "hack" I've seen where players go "invincible" still registers hitmarkers, similar to God mode with server cheats enabled. Yeah, it wasn't that. 0 hit markers to be had, until my final kill on him.
I'll have to chalk it up to extreme bad registry. I've never seen it so bad though.
