Reason you were banned: No reason given and no real warnings ahead of time.
Details of your appeal: Only thing said to me was "alright stg people are leaving now", this was said on crossfire and I was 57-7 at the time. Once nilrem said this I switched to a sniper rifle and began to noscope to handicap myself. Probably about halfway through the next map, backlot, I was perm banned with no warnings. I was still using a bolt action sniper rifle and intentionally going for odd ball shots to handicap myself again. On my end it is unclear what rule I broke. Could someone please let me know.

Actually it was FBO that said that. The server was cleared of about fifteen people to four or five in one map. I was spectating you for the remainder of that map and the next round. At multiple points I observed you tracking players through walls. We do not give warnings to obvious hackers/cheaters, they are removed and the situation resolved here on the forums.

So you lock the conversation to not even allow me to defend myself. Forgive me for mistaking who told me the server was emptying out. But Nilrem, turn up the headphones, on both of those kills you can clearly hear the player running, giving away his position. And the thing about spectating a player from "team spectator" is that you can't see UAVs (not saying that I had a UAV at that time). CAT frequently visits that spot on the wall next to the metal post all the time so I expect him there and automatically look there. Several times in the video I practically run up on an enemy player almost bumping into them because I wasn't expecting them. Not to mention walking by the guy hiding in the closet of the middle building and he shoots me in the back. You caught me looking in the direction of sound. I have been playing this game since the beginning and have competed at extremely high levels and been sponsored by many different companies. I have taught many of the clan members several next level things to show my innocence in this game and I believe I have proven it time and time again. Please watch the videos below and hopefully you'll realize I have forgotten more things about this game than your average joe will ever know.

It wasn't locked to keep you from defending yourself. It was locked to keep others from jumping in and adding fuel to a fire as it were. Sorry I didn't explain that in my post, I should have. I knew you would post a new topic on the subject if you had something to say, and I have merged that with this one.

Hey guys,

I actually recorded the round that I was kicked on using the /record command. I do this for my own protection when I feel I might get kicked from a server and I might need to defend myself. So in the video I made the mini map larger, I made the range larger so you can see more of the map on the minimap and I made my character size smaller. I did all of these so you can see where I was looking and where the enemy was. You can also see several times that I knew initially where an enemy was based on sound and went hunting for them, and they would go up a ladder or through a window and I didn't know so we would actually be right on top of each other. Several other times an enemy would be on my screen and I wouldn't see them. Please watch the video so you can see for yourselves. Oh, and please remember, headphones on and volume up for that is a UAV in itself when it comes to finding people.

I have played against STG many times and watched him many times. For what it's worth, I just think he is a great player. I have my doubts about many other players that populate your server. But, I hope you decide to let him continue to play on Section 8. Enjoy competing against him and I learn a few things from watching him. Stay safe everyone !!!

But it has been some time, not rushing you guys but I feel that if this were a "cheating" case the results of this ban appeal would have come much quicker. And I feel as if I have provided more than enough evidence to prove myself that I am not cheating. So I feel that there must be some other reason going on in the background to keep me on the ban list and not making this a clean cut case. Seeing as I am polite and get along with 90% of the people on the server. I don't cheat, spawn kill or break the server rules. I get on discord with Entrepid, Farsidius, Splatter and many others and we have a GREAT time, it reminds me of back in the COD4 prime. The only arguments against me that I can come up with is that I allegedly emptied the server on the map before backlot. I have posted a video below, i had well over 100 kills and about 30 deaths, the server stayed well populated and nobody complained. I did the same thing with the minimap as the first video I posted, minimap larger, range larger etc. Sometimes servers just empty, its not always because one person is dominating. Nobody complained because I was named as Lysol, not stg. I found that by renaming myself people don't just automatically leave. I have been doing this for over 6 months, didn't have a single issue doing so. By doing this I could join the server, play the game, and not one person would leave or even complain about how well I was doing. this worked until I told one member I have been renaming and they called me out on the server. This forced an admin to tell me to change my name. I wished to play anonymously so I left the clan. The remainder 10% of people I don't get along with are people that leave because they see the name stg (this includes s8 members), it's not because I dislike them, they dislike me....and my game style. Before the ban occurred I was playing under another name and nobody blinked an eye. It wasn't until after I changed my name is when eye brows were raised. If I hadn't renamed myself to stg, I can't help but feel that I never would have been banned to begin with. I hope this isn't the case because I have a hard time wrapping my head around the idea of being banned for a gaming style. So if you feel up to it please watch video 1 where I dominate under a different name and the server stays full. And also, video 2, does the gaming style seem familiar?

I have removed the ban from our server. I would remind you that we are not a pro server and our first responsibility is to the health of this sever and our community (even the new players). Regardless of the name you play under, please adjust your play style, as needed, to promote the health and vitality of our server. Additional action my be taken if the admins feel you are not respective of our rules or the players on this server. Please come talk to me in discord next time you're in game.

Crazy !!! STG is either full of crap or just a great player !!! He does know all the good spots and you do have to use sound and also remember players habits Like cat 1 he is a pain in the butt!! But i do know that post he hides behind with his chainsaw machine gun.
