On a side note - I'm seeing that Compguy doesn't have Member access yet. Vagisil or Anpan, if either of you could fix that, that would be amazing!

I have also reached out directly to the Steam Community and Activision support. In doing the latter, I came across something that may be worth taking a moment to check out: https://support.activision.com/articles ... earch&pn=1Hoping it's our workaround. Also curious if it is a patch versus just a different .exe that still plays whatever patch you're already on. It may be helpful to do this in a copy of your COD4 install, or to at minimum back up your .exe before deleting it.
